Dubai real estate brokerages
Your scattered records, turned into one working system.
So management can see and run business development with the clients the firm already has.
CPHR is a Dubai company that builds working systems for real estate brokerages and hands them over. It turns records scattered across spreadsheets, old systems and individual brokers into one usable set, gives management one place to track and run business development with the firm's existing clients, and helps the firm earn more from the clients who already came to it.
What CPHR does for a brokerage.
Consolidate
Your records sit in spreadsheets, old systems and individual brokers' phones. CPHR turns them into one usable set, with every row showing the file it came from.
One place for management
Business development with existing clients is tracked and moved forward in one place, instead of living in each broker's phone and memory. You see who was given to which broker, who was claimed and what was recorded.
More from the clients you already have
The people who already came to your firm are the cheapest revenue it will ever find. The work is making sure the right ones are in front of a broker.
Three things we build.
Each one has a clear scope, including what it does not do.
One clean record set from years of spreadsheets.
Duplicates merged rather than deleted. Every row carries the name of the file it came from.
How it works ReactivationThe registered buyers worth a conversation today.
Each broker gets a list matched to current stock, and outcomes are recorded back in your CRM. Management sees who was given to whom, who was claimed and what was recorded.

A fixed-scope review, delivered in a defined timeframe. The fee is credited against anything built afterwards.

Who is behind it
CPHR was founded by Nick Grassick. Thirty-two years in real estate, nineteen of them in Dubai, with London and Sydney before that. Previously co-exited a brokerage of 150 staff.
The systems CPHR builds are for problems he has had himself: records nobody can search, registered buyers nobody has time to revisit, and no clear view of who is working whom.
Questions principals ask.
Who owns it and where does the data sit?
Your firm owns what is built. It is a one-off build, not a subscription, and it runs on your firm's own cloud account with your credentials. CPHR holds no client keys and no client data.
What does management actually see?
Who has been given to which broker, who has been claimed, and what was recorded, in one place.
Does CPHR contact our clients?
No. Neither CPHR nor its systems message, call or email anyone. Your brokers make the contact, and who is contacted, and how, is your firm's decision.
What happens if CPHR is not around?
What was built keeps running. It is yours, so nothing depends on CPHR being there. The first year of support is included.
Which systems do you work with?
The CRM you already run. The connection is tested on a test account first, then run so you can see what would be recorded before anything is, and only then switched on.
How much does it cost?
Every build is scoped to the firm, so there is no list price. The usual starting point is the audit, and its fee comes off whatever is built afterwards.
Start by finding out what you hold.
The audit is the honest way to find out whether a build is worth doing for your firm.
